"I purchased my Roadlok for my Victory Kingpin on 1-23-08. I'm pretty sure I was the first one to get one for a Victory. I found the interaction and transaction to be exceptional. Daryl answered all my questions and made me feel good about the product. Once purchased the Roadlok arrived in two days WOW! It was packaged extremely well, maybe even over packed. I was able to install it on the Kingpin in less than 15 minutes with nothing more than an allen wrench... Easy. the fit was perfect, no adjustments or phone calls needed, The instructions were simple and clear.

I inserted the pin, rolled my bike and it was secure, put the key in and easy the pin was out. I now have Great security on my bike and no fear of ruining something or getting injured if I forget it's there. The bike just stalls there is no roll!

The fit and finish is superb! It looks like its part of the caliper and part of the bike! When I ride the bike I felt no difference in braking or handling. This is the best accessory I have purchased for a motorcycle and easily worth the money!

As a RTO Trainier I teach Retail Customer Service and as far as customer service goes I found the entire transaction to be a pleasure!
