"I recently installed a RoadLoK and I wanted to share my experiences with you and any potential customers out there. For information, Bessie (my '01 Busa) has an alarm installed and I keep a close eye on her. Because the Hayabusa is such a highly popular bike, it stands to reason that it would also be a target for thieves. I had looked for a lock that was, well, Shawn proof – believe me when I say that if there is a way to screw something up, I will find it! Regular disk locks didn't appeal to me, mostly because you had to carry them around with you, but partly because of the possibility of forgetting it and doing damage to your ride!

The first time that I saw the RoadLoK in a magazine, I knew that this was the lock that I needed for Bessie. There is a lot of truth the adage that locks only keep honest people honest, but if someone tries to take Bessie now, it is because they really, really want her, not because she is an easy target on the street. That piece of mind is invaluable to me. It took me 22 minutes to install my RoadLoK, timer started when I cut the tape on the box. I did it by myself on a rear stand, in my garage – and I couldn't be happier with it. Thanks for making such a great product – and for thinking about the owners as much as the bike. Bessie may not be all bling, but she is mine, and I thank you for helping to keep her safe."
